Listings describe sowing-grade seed packets (HSN 1209) intended for planting. They are not food items, nutritional supplements, or guaranteed yield instruments. Outcomes depend on soil, climate, irrigation, and cultivation practices.
Article 4 — Account integrity
Checkout may require email OTP verification. You are responsible for credentials linked to your account. Transactions authenticated under your session are treated as authorised by you.
Article 5 — Pricing and stock
Prices display in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout. Inventory is updated regularly; if an item becomes unavailable after payment, A.Z TRADERS will offer substitution, store credit, or refund per the Return Compass.
Article 6 — Lawful cultivation
Purchased seeds must be used for lawful personal or agricultural sowing in accordance with applicable seed, phytosanitary, and local cultivation regulations.
Article 7 — Liability ceiling
To the extent permitted under Indian law, A.Z TRADERS is not liable for crop failure, adverse weather, pest damage, or indirect losses beyond the value of the disputed order.
